A New Beginning

Its been more then 20 years that i have had Blogs and been blogging . Many blogs lost . This is the new effort in my blogging and with support of readers hoping to keep it active.

Welcome to my newly revamped website and the very first post on this blog.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds — management students, postgraduate learners, faculty members, fire and emergency professionals, volunteers, youth groups, and organizations involved in leadership, safety, and disaster management.
From leadership development workshops and B-School induction programs to Basic Life Support training, experiential learning sessions, and disaster preparedness initiatives, every program has been a journey of learning — not only for participants, but for me as a trainer and learner myself.
The photographs shared here are memories from that journey.

They represent moments of teamwork, growth, resilience, reflection, and transformation across different places and training environments.
This blog will be a space where I share experiences, ideas, reflections, training insights, and stories from the field of leadership, experiential learning, emergency preparedness, psychology, and human development.
